We use the data provided exclusively to:
- Analyze your insurance program and identify gaps between your policies and your actual risk exposure.
- Produce Risk Intelligence Reports, including policy interaction analysis and coverage recommendations.
- Communicate findings and follow-up information related to your engagement.
We do not use your information to solicit insurance quotes, negotiate with carriers, or place coverage on your behalf. Breezy is not a broker and does not act as an intermediary between you and insurance carriers.
3. Data Confidentiality and Sharing
We do not sell your data. Your information is shared only with:
- Channel Partners: If your engagement was referred by a compliance consultant or CPA firm, we may share report deliverables with that referring partner as part of the agreed engagement scope.
- Regulatory Bodies: When required by law or licensing standards.
- Service Providers: Secure platforms used for document storage, communication, or report delivery.
We do not share your policy documents, coverage details, or financial information with insurance carriers, brokers, or any third party for the purpose of soliciting quotes or placing coverage.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your sensitive documents. This includes encrypted file transfers and secure cloud storage to safeguard the data used in your Risk Intelligence Reports.
5. Website Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data, including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic location. This data helps us understand how visitors use the site and is not linked to any individual. Google Analytics may set cookies on your browser. No personally identifiable information is collected through website analytics. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We do not use advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or third-party marketing tools on this website.
